Here are two photos from our Canada day pancake breakfast. The first is the "bouncy castle" we rented for the kids and the second shows two of our colleagues trying their hand at flipping pancakes. Abubaker (L), from Nigeria, is giving it a go while Edith (R), from Uganda, lines up for her turn.
